Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Returns will only be authorized for the following reasons:

  • Manufacture defect damage
  • Shipping error such as wrong color or style

Returns must be made in writing and e-mailed to alexandra@roxelanajewels.com

Please send your items with a return form indicating the name of your business, address, phone number, contact person, item description and items cost.

Roxelana Designer Jewelry & Fine Gifts is not responsible for any shipping charges, other then shipping costs associated with approved returns.

Return merchandise will be inspected and must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items determined to be damaged for reasons other then the approved or excessively worn by customers, will not be repair or replaced.

*** Each return is subject to a 10% restocking fee when returned for reasons other then the approved by Roxelana Designer Jewelry & Fine Gifts***

Upon receive of return goods; a credit will be issued in the amount of the return merchandise, less the restocking fee to your account which can be use towards future orders within 1 year.

Cancellation policy

No cancellations are allowed after 8 business days of order date.

Roxelana Jewelry & Fine Gifts can refuse the right to fulfill or ship orders due to payment and/or credit approval & exclusivity agreements.

A 15% cancellation fee will be charged on all orders that are still valid within the agreed upon ship dates on the order form.

Roxelana Jewelry Designer & Fine Gifts will honor all agreed upon shipping and cancellation dates in good faith. In the event that there are delays due to US Customs, Government strikes or any other events, Roxelana will immediately notify all clients if these uncontrollable circumstances will cause shipment delays.
